Free 20 minute guided meditations online

20 minute mindfulness meditations which are open to all from beginners to experienced. There will be basic meditation instructions given each session so that all may join in.

It is an opportunity for us all to come together, supporting each other in the practice. 

You will need to book in for each session so that you receive the email with the Zoom link giving you access to the class. Any paid passes you may have WILL NOT debited by attending.

Times: Wednesday 7.30-7.50 am

    Friday 5.00-5.20 pm

    Sunday 8.30-8.50 am
